About Tori's Journey

Howdy! I'm Tori, the gal behind the chair. I specialize in custom, bright and healthy blending along with 4 different extension methods. Whether you're wanting to enhance your current look or do a complete transformation. I love making people laugh and feel confident in their own skin. The lifelong friendships, constant education and creativity is what I love most about working behind the chair. In my free time, I am spending time with my friends and family, lounging on the couch with my pup Goldie, or getting the crowd going and singing karaoke. I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else in this world, getting to do what I love everyday is a true gift. I can't wait to see you in my chair!

Journey

Tori's Career: A Timeline of Growth

Education & Training

Attended Lu Ross Academy for Cosmetology in 2015. I worked in a salon as a receptionist during school to learn as much as I could during school. After graduating in 2016, I assisted in a salon for a year, while also building my clientele behind the chair after hours.

Industry Recognition

Won 3rd best stylist in Ojai, California in 2019, 2nd best stylist in Ojai, California in 2020 & BEST HAIR STYLIST in Ojai, California in 2022. Interviewed and my work published in Lapalme Magazine for my extension work in 2020 - "creating expression through extension, meet Tori, celebrity hair extension specialist."

On My Own

April 2023 - moved to Texas and started building my clientele from the bottom up. BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE EVER MADE!

Salon Opening

May 2024 - chose my studio space, July 2024 signed my lease & began designing the space I had dreamt about my entire career, August 2024 Tori's Mane Studio OPENS!
